Why this combi oven earns its place
The RDA105E does everything the larger BLIZZARD combi does — steam, roast, bake, prove, hold — in a footprint that suits smaller kitchens or satellite prep areas. Five GN1/1 pans at one time means you can roast a day's worth of veg, steam fish for 25 covers, or prove a batch of rolls without playing equipment Tetris. The temperature range is identical: +50°C to +270°C, so you're still covered for everything from gentle reheating through to high-temperature finishing.
Built the same way as its larger sibling: 304 stainless steel inside and out, mechanical controls, direct-steam generation, and LED lighting so you can check progress without opening the door. Tray slides are spaced 67 mm apart. The cavity is 710 mm wide, 830 mm deep, and 600 mm tall — compact enough to sit on a work table or stack under a shelf. It weighs 82 kg and runs on single-phase at 6 kW, so it slots into a standard kitchen circuit without needing heavy rewiring.
The door is left-hinged as standard. It comes with one shelf, the hand shower for steam, and all the on-site installation fittings. If your kitchen is tight on space but your covers are steady, this is the oven that lets you cook without compromise.
