Its stainless steel and toughened glass build gives it a clean, practical look, and the black finish keeps the profile understated on a counter or service table. At just 35 mm high, it stays low to the surface it sits on, while still offering a full 1/1 GN size.
It runs from a 230V plug with a 230W rated input, and the operating range is +60 to +105°C. The unit is light at 4.4 kg and is covered by a 1 year semi-commercial warranty for light duty use only.
