Why this induction hob earns its place
Built for stock pots, the BLIZZARD BSPIH combines stainless steel construction with a black glass hob and an easy-to-use touch panel. It is designed to heat quickly and cook efficiently, with LED display feedback and direct temperature control.
The hob covers a +60 to +240°C temperature range and includes a timer from 0 to 180 minutes, so it gives you proper control over long simmering jobs as well as faster heating tasks. That makes it a useful piece of kit when consistency matters.
It is rated at 3,000W on a 13amp supply, which keeps the installation requirement simple for a unit of this type. The machine is also specified as suitable for stock pots with a pan diameter of Ø17-34.
