Why this induction hob earns its place
The Blizzard BIH1 keeps induction cooking simple: one hob zone, stainless steel construction, a black glass surface and touch panel controls with an LED display. It is built to heat quickly and give the operator direct control over temperature.
The hob runs from +60 to +240 °C and uses a digital-style touch control panel for easy temperature adjustment. A timer from 0 to 180 minutes gives it the flexibility to handle both short bursts and longer service jobs.
Its pan size range is 12 to 26 cm in diameter, which helps keep it focused on the right-sized cookware for the unit. At 340 mm wide, 432 mm deep and 117 mm high, it has a small footprint that suits tighter prep spaces.
