Why this induction hob earns its place
The Blizzard BIH2 gives you two induction zones in a stainless steel body with a black glass hob and easy-to-use touch panel controls. It is built to heat quickly, with LED display readout and temperature control that keep operation direct and clear.
Its temperature range runs from +60 to +240 °C, which suits a wide spread of cooking and holding tasks on the hot line. The timer goes from 0 to 180 minutes, so it is simple to set for longer tasks without standing over it.
The hob is designed for pans with a diameter of 12 to 26 cm, and the unit itself measures 390 mm wide, 713 mm deep and 123 mm high. That gives it a slim profile for a twin induction unit while still keeping the working surface generous enough for practical service.
