Why this bratt pan earns its place
The Falcon Chieftain is built for kitchens that cook at volume and need versatility in a single piece of equipment. Its 32-litre cast iron pan delivers consistent, even heat across the whole surface—a massive advantage when you're running multiple dishes through the same vessel. The pan sits in a sturdy stainless steel frame, weighing 165 kg, with a two-position tilt action that's easy to control and safe: power cuts if you lift the pan or move it away from its lowered position.
You get six working modes from one machine: griddle for bacon and pancakes, shallow fry for chicken and fish, deep fry for chips and snacks, boil for stocks and sauces, simmer for slow cooking, and stew for braises and curries. The temperature range runs from 95 °C to 195 °C, so you can hold at service heat without overcooking, or ramp up for speed. Natural gas fuel and a 16 kW input mean rapid heat-up and consistent power through a full service.
The manual tilt means you control the tempo—no relying on hydraulics that need servicing. The one-piece lid and stainless steel exterior wipe clean quickly between services. It's the workhorse bratt pan: heavy-duty, flexible, and built to run all day.
