Why this bains marie earns its place
The F873 gives you a larger Silverlink bain marie format while keeping the same compact 290 x 750 x 600 mm footprint as the rest of the range. It has a stainless-steel exterior, a silver finish and a 22.9 kg gross weight, so it is built to sit neatly on the counter without looking delicate.
This is a wet-heat model with front drain taps, which makes it a practical fit for service counters that need warm food held steadily and cleared down cleanly afterwards. The specification lists a 2000 W rated input and plug connection, so it stays straightforward to install.
Its pan layout is based around 1/2 GN half pans, with capacity for 2 x 1/2, 3 x 1/6 and 2 x 1/4 GN. That gives you more room for service than the smaller quarter-pan models while still keeping the setup tidy and controlled.
