Why this wet well counter top bain marie earns its place
The MBV614 is built for kitchens where variety and visibility drive the sale. Four GN1/1 wells let you hold sauces, vegetables, proteins and sides all at once, each visible under halogen lamps that make the food look worth buying. At 1410 mm wide, it's a statement piece on a counter—the kind of display that draws customers' eyes and makes them order more. It sits comfortably on a standard run of counter and is portable enough to shift if you reconfigure the space.
The stainless-steel construction (AISI 304 inside and out) handles the demands of a busy counter—multiple daily fill-and-drain cycles, steam, splashing, the lot. The digital controller holds temperature up to 90°C steadily, so your food stays hot and safe without overcooking. Two 130 W halogen lamps warm the pans from above and light them for the customer view—crucial when four options are on display. The tempered glass vitrines and canopy are robust and clean easily.
Four pans mean you can run a real variety: soups and sauces, braised meats, roasted vegetables, sides. Each pan sits independently in its own GN1/1 well, accepting pans up to 150 mm deep. The perspex doors at the rear (for transport) come off during service to give you full working access. At 81 kg, it's a two-person move if needed, but once it's positioned it sits stable and level on its adjustable feet.
