Why this hot cupboard earns its place
The P8B3PT is built for kitchens where counter space is tight but you still need reliable hot holding. At 1205 mm wide, it takes up less line than larger units but keeps food at exact temperature across service—anywhere from 31°C to 110°C—so your plating doesn't suffer and dishes come off hot. Double-skinned construction means you get the same heat retention as bigger Lincat units: outer and inner walls work together to hold temperature steady and keep the exterior cool to the touch, even during rush.
This model plugs into a standard 230V outlet (2.8kW), so you don't need new electrical work. Slide in your GN 1/1 pans—up to 150mm deep—and the upturned rim keeps them secure. Removable doors and shelves mean you can reach into the unit without breaking it down, and swap or refresh batches mid-service if needed.
It operates in both wet and dry heat modes, giving you flexibility depending on what you're holding. Dry works best for finished plating and delicate items. Wet heat (using the water jacket) spreads warmth more gently for sauces, gravies and proteins. Two chrome shelves and a push bar come as standard, and a two-year parts and labour warranty backs the whole unit.
