Why this wet well counter top bain marie earns its place
This is a bain marie designed around the counter-top reality: space is tight, and your customers need to see the food. The INOMAK MBV67 holds two GN1/1 pans at serving temperature with a glass canopy and halogen lamps that make the dishes look appealing—essential if your customers are self-selecting from a counter or watching their breakfast get plated up. At just 760 mm wide and portable enough to move if the layout needs changing, it sits comfortably on a compact preparation counter without commandeering the whole run.
The construction is stainless steel throughout (AISI 304 grade), and the glass is tempered for durability in a busy kitchen. The digital controller lets you set and hold temperature up to 90°C; the unit maintains that heat for as long as the water's level is good. Two 130 W halogen lamps built into the canopy warm the food from above and make it visible—important whether you're running a deli counter, a café counter, or a pub serving hot food to customers at the bar.
It's fully portable thanks to its 54 kg weight and compact base. Perspex sliding doors at the rear of the display area come fitted but must be removed during service (they're there to protect the unit when it's being moved or stored). The wet well accepts GN pans up to 150 mm deep, standard across catering kitchens.
