Why this wet well counter top bain marie earns its place
This is the honest workhorse: two GN1/1 pans, open top, no glass, no lamps, no complications. The MAV67 is built for the kitchen that needs to hold sauces and sides hot without theatre or fuss. At just 760 mm wide and only 265 mm high (roughly countertop level), it barely takes up space. At 19 kg, it's the lightest of the range—one person can move it, shift it, clean underneath it, rebuild the counter without thinking twice.
The construction is stainless steel (AISI 304) inside and out, so it will survive years of service. The digital controller holds temperature up to 90°C. The open design means you have complete access to the pans from all angles—no vitrines to reach around, no doors to open, no canopy to duck under. Load two pans, fill the water jacket, and go. This simplicity is an asset in tight kitchens where there's one counter doing multiple jobs.
It's designed for back-counter work: holding gravy and vegetables for a pass, keeping sauces and stocks ready for plating, warming sides whilst the main dish finishes. Anywhere you need two pans of hot stock or prep held at serving temperature without any fuss. The tempered glass vitrines are sturdy enough to survive daily service, and the wet well accepts standard GN1/1 pans up to 150 mm deep.
