Why this medical fridge earns its place
The HWMP410 is the solid-door version of Williams' slimline Medi+ pharmacy fridge — same space-saving footprint, same under-mounted refrigeration system, but without the glass front, for stock that needs to be kept cold and secure rather than displayed. It holds 410 litres.
The cabinet holds a tight +2°C to +8°C band, the range required for the great majority of medicines and vaccines, running on R290 — a natural, low-GWP refrigerant — at 209W on a 230V supply. Under-mounted refrigeration keeps the compressor clear of the storage compartment, and like its glass-door sibling, it's built to operate efficiently in a working dispensary rather than a controlled cold room.
Build is stainless steel exterior with an aluminium interior, a full-length integral grab handle, and precision-injected high-density polyurethane insulation with low GWP potential. Anti-tilt trayslides sit on a removable racking system with white nylon-coated wire shelves, the cabinet runs on heavy-duty non-marking swivel castors with brakes, and magnetic balloon door gaskets give a 100% tight seal, with LED interior lighting.
