The HWMP523 is the solid-door, larger-capacity model in Williams' Medi+ pharmacy range — an upright single-door cabinet with under-mounted refrigeration for medical, pharmaceutical and laboratory stock that needs to be kept cold and secure rather than on display. It holds 523 litres.
It runs a tight +2°C to +8°C temperature band on R290, the natural, low-GWP refrigerant, drawing 230W on a 230V supply. Under-mounted refrigeration keeps the compressor clear of the storage compartment, and the cabinet is engineered to operate efficiently up to a 43°C ambient — relevant in a warm dispensary or plant room rather than a controlled environment.
Build is fully stainless steel, exterior and interior, with a full-length integral grab handle and precision-injected high-density polyurethane insulation with low GWP potential. Anti-tilt trayslides sit on a removable racking system with white nylon-coated wire shelves, the cabinet moves on heavy-duty non-marking castors with brakes, and magnetic balloon door gaskets give a 100% tight seal, with LED interior lighting.
