Why this single door upright fridge earns its place
The RK710X1 is a single-door upright fridge for back-of-house chilled storage. Built in SS304 stainless steel inside and out, it runs from -2 to +8 °C, so it holds fresh meat at the low end of the band as well as everyday chilled stock. With 559 litres gross and 408 litres net, it gives a working kitchen a solid block of reliable cold storage behind the line.
Day to day it runs on ventilated cooling for even temperature through the cabinet, with automatic off-cycle defrost and an electronic controller keeping the set point steady. Running noise is 46 dB, and it carries a climate class 5 rating for use in warm kitchen ambients. Cooling is on R600a refrigerant.
The cabinet measures 740 × 875 × 2090 mm externally and ships packed at 760 × 905 × 2150 mm, so check doorway and delivery access against the packed size before it arrives. It runs from a standard 13 A supply at 220-240 V, and the single hinged door is self-closing. Refrigerant charge is 90 g of R600a. At 143 kg net it needs two people to position.
