Why this single door upright fridge earns its place
The AGN300-CR is a single glass-door upright refrigerator built to Gastronorm dimensions for back-of-house chilled storage. It gives you 325 litres of gross volume behind one double-glazed hinged door, with four shelves for pans, prep and service stock in a tall, narrow cabinet.
INFRICO gives this model the same practical build details as the larger AGN cabinet: high grade AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out, internal LED lighting, rounded internal corners and a replaceable door gasket. The glass front helps staff check stock before opening, while the stainless interior is built for regular commercial cleaning.
Ventilated cooling holds the +2 to +6 °C chilled range, with a digital controller and temperature display for quick checks. It runs on R290 refrigerant, uses automatic defrost and is rated to climate class 4, so it is specified for warm working kitchens rather than light-duty storage.
