As back-of-house storage it is built for steady, all-day chilling rather than customer display, giving kitchen staff quick access to stock through service. A single door opens a smaller area of the interior on each trip, which helps the cabinet hold temperature during a busy shift. The interior is cooled by a combination of fan-assist and static circulation, holding the temperature band at +2 to +4°C throughout the day.
As a tall upright cabinet it stands against a wall to save floor space. Check your delivery route for height clearance before it arrives, and leave airflow space around the cabinet. The unit draws 240 watts on 230V supply and consumes around 2.2 kWh per 24 hours. It carries a standard 2-year warranty on parts and labour.
