The temperature range runs -2 to +8 °C, giving you the flexibility to hold both chilled items and lightly frozen meat prep.
Day to day it runs on automatic defrost, so there is no manual defrost cycle to schedule around service. It carries a climate class 4 rating, which means it is built to hold its temperature in the warm ambient conditions a busy kitchen throws at a cabinet — typical kitchen ambients can reach 30 °C. The cooling runs on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
The cabinet measures 740 × 840 × 2010 mm (W×D×H) and weighs 136 kg, so check your doorway height and the route to its final position before delivery day. It sits on four heavy-duty castors with a lockable front pair, and the door is reversible if you need to flip the swing. The R290 charge keeps the refrigeration circuit efficient and clear of the F-gas phase-down affecting older synthetic refrigerants.
