Why this upright fridge earns its place
The XR415H is Foster's EcoPro G2 single-door cabinet fridge, an upright chilled store standing 1.875 m tall with 285 litres of usable space across four shelves. It holds prepped ingredients and stock between deliveries and service at +3 to +5 °C, giving a kitchen a dependable single-door store in an upright footprint. The unit is gastronorm-compatible, so trays slide in and out without having to transfer between containers.
Through the day it runs as chilled storage, holding stock at fridge temperature ready for the line. The full-height cabinet keeps everything in one upright unit rather than spread across counters, so prepped stock is easy to find and rotate. Built from stainless steel and aluminium with 50 mm insulation, the Foster is made to handle kitchen heat and repeated opening during service.
As an upright cabinet it is designed to stand against a wall in the kitchen. The 1.875 m height and 600 mm depth need clear floor space and line-of-sight access.
