Why this display fridge earns its place
The AUP-11G GD is the glass-door version of Fagor's Advance upright fridge, built to do the job of the solid-door cabinet — 2/1 gastronorm tray storage in a commercial-grade build — while keeping the contents visible, whether that's for customer-facing display or simply easier stock checks in the kitchen. Gross capacity is 610 litres, with 24 different levels for 2/1 GN pans.
The full glass door is lit by energy-saving LED interior lighting, so contents stay clearly visible without adding meaningful heat load, and the door can be locked to secure stock. Cooling is rated to Climate Class 3, and the cabinet is Energy Class A rated, consuming 554.8 kWh/year with a low EEI of 8.86%, drawing 158W on a 220-240V supply.
Build is AISI 304 stainless steel, interior and exterior, with embedded tray slides — no fussy clips or brackets to clean around, just slide the shelf out and wipe it down. The cabinet has 3 plastic-coated shelves, castors as standard, and locks fitted to all doors. Fagor backs it with 2 years parts and labour.
