Why this single door upright fridge earns its place
This is the stainless steel version of Combisteel's full-height single-door upright refrigerator. It gives 570 litres of gross chilled capacity in a 775 × 695 × 1885 mm footprint, with a 665 × 580 × 1660 mm internal space for everyday refrigerated stock. Use it as the main reach-in fridge for prep, dairy and mise en place, or as extra upright capacity beside the cook line or prep area.
The stainless steel 430 finish is the practical choice for a working back-of-house: tougher around trolleys and staff traffic, and easier to wipe into the kitchen cleaning routine. Inside, the cabinet runs at +2 to +8 °C with static fan-assisted cooling, automatic defrost and a knob controller. R600a refrigerant, 45 mm insulation and a 50 dB(A) supplier noise figure round out the refrigeration spec.
It is lockable, so it can be used where chilled stock needs to be controlled between shifts. The cabinet is 90 kg gross weight and 1885 mm tall, so delivery planning matters: measure doorways, lift height, corridor turns and the final ventilation space before it arrives. The specification lists 230V, 50 Hz electrical supply.
