Why this double door upright fridge earns its place
This is the wider white upright in the Combisteel line: a two-door, 744 litre commercial refrigerator for chilled stock that needs to be easy to see, split and reach during service. The cabinet stands 1215 × 585 × 1853 mm externally, with a 1098 × 444 × 1620 mm internal space, so it gives a proper bank of chilled storage without moving into cold-room territory.
The +2 to +8 °C operating band suits general refrigerated holding for dairy, prepped ingredients and service stock. Ventilated cooling helps move cold air through the cabinet, automatic defrost reduces manual maintenance, and the digital controller gives the kitchen a clear point of control for routine checks. It uses R290 refrigerant and is supplier-rated for operation up to 32 °C ambient.
The two-door layout lets you divide stock by section, service period or prep stage, and the white finish suits stores, prep rooms and back-of-house areas where stainless is not required. It is not lockable, so place it where access control is already handled by the room. At 134 kg gross weight and 1853 mm high, it needs a measured route in; check width, corridor turns and final clearance before delivery.
