Why this double door upright fridge earns its place
A two-door upright refrigerator holding 1410 litres for bulk chilled storage — the back-of-house cabinet a kitchen loads with the cold stock a shift runs on. Full height and stainless steel throughout, it holds prepped ingredients, raw stock and deliveries off the service line, so the counters and prep fridges stay free for the day's picks. It runs at +2 to +8 °C, so it is the workhorse fridge temperature, not a blast chill.
The two solid doors split the cabinet vertically, so a run to one side leaves the other closed and cold, and shelving inside stacks the load for organised, first-in stock rotation. Solid doors hold temperature better than glass through a busy back room where the fridge is working storage, not a display. The 60 mm insulation helps hold the chill when doors are worked hard during service.
As a full-height upright standing 2010 mm tall and 1480 mm wide, it needs floor space with the doors free to swing, clearance around it for the condenser to shed heat, and a standard socket — it is plug-in with no plumbing. The cabinet weighs 190 kg empty, so measure your doorways and the route before delivery. The specification table lists the full external dimensions for planning the run and the floor.
