Why this prep counter earns its place
This is a three-door gastronorm prep counter with a glass surround top, built for combined prep-and-serve work where chilled ingredients sit directly above the fridge in gastronorm pans (sold separately) under a sneeze guard — the format sandwich bars, pizza prep lines and busy service counters run on.
It offers 358 litres of usable internal capacity across 3 x 1/1 GN worth of top-mounted pan space, with three hinged doors each fitted with one adjustable shelf. It holds -2°C to +8°C via forced-air cooling with automatic defrost, drawing 300W from a 230V supply on R600a refrigerant, and weighs 106kg.
Construction is stainless steel throughout for easy cleaning, with 50mm insulation to improve efficiency and cut running costs. A glass sneeze guard supports food hygiene during service, and a removable PE chopping board lets prep and service happen at the same station without moving between counters. The whole unit is mounted on castors for repositioning, and it's backed by a 2-year parts and labour warranty.
