Why this triple door pizza prep counter earns its place
The PT1300 is a three-door refrigerated pizza prep counter built for a high-volume make line, keeping dough, cheese and toppings chilled and ordered as the kitchen works. It holds 580 litres gross and 565 litres net, with 21 guides sized for pizza trays, reached through three hinged, self-closing doors.
It holds a working band of +2 to +10 °C with ventilated cooling for an even temperature across the cabinet, automatic defrost and an electronic controller running the cycle unattended. Running noise is a low 42 dB, and it carries a climate class 4 rating for warm commercial kitchens. On energy class C the rated use is 1332.2 kWh a year — about £333 a year at 25p/kWh.
Construction is SS304 stainless steel inside and out. The cabinet measures 2045 × 800 × 1000 mm externally with 1562 × 630 × 589 mm inside, so plan the doorway and route carefully — at 328 kg gross this is a heavy, wide unit. It runs from a standard 13 A, 220–240 V supply drawing 300 W, using R600a refrigerant with a 95 g charge.
