Why this triple door pizza prep counter earns its place
The Tefcold PT1300 + GVC38-200 is a three-door refrigerated pizza prep counter and topping unit, built to give a pizzeria or busy kitchen chilled dough and ingredient storage with a made-to-order prep station in one footprint. The stainless-steel cabinet, in SS201/SS304, takes 21 guides for pizza trays below, with a topping unit over the counter for building to order through service.
The cabinet holds +2 to +10 °C under electronic control with automatic defrost, cooling on R600a refrigerant with a 95 g charge. It is rated to climate class 4, so it holds temperature in a warm kitchen, and runs quietly at 42 decibels. Gross volume is 580 litres, with 565 litres net, spread across three hinged, self-closing doors that pull shut behind staff during a busy service.
The unit draws 300 W and carries an energy class of C, using 1332.2 kWh a year — about £333 a year at 25p/kWh. Check the external dimensions and your access route in the specification table below before delivery, and plan the counter's position around your prep flow so the topping unit sits where the line works.
