Why this triple door pizza prep counter earns its place
A pizza prep counter brings the whole build into one station: a refrigerated topping rail runs across the top with cold cabinet storage beneath. At 2,100 mm wide and holding 615 litres of chilled storage, it gives a pizzaiolo dough, sauces and backup stock at hand, all at -2 to +8 °C, while toppings stay ready on the rail above.
During service, the line works straight off the topping rail while the cabinet underneath holds the day's stock cold. Door storage below gives quick access to bulk ingredients without leaving the station or opening a separate fridge. The size and layout are designed to support a high-throughput build line where ingredient changes happen constantly.
It's a long counter, so plan the route in and the run it sits in, leave clearance behind for airflow, and check the rating plate against your electrical supply before install. The unit draws 21 kW on cycle, so confirm the kitchen's electrical capacity as part of your planning.
