Why this triple door pizza prep counter earns its place
The Combisteel 7489.5305 is a three-door pizza prep counter — a refrigerated counter built for topping and assembling pizzas at the make line. A chilled rail holds thirteen 1/3-gastronorm pans of toppings across the top at hand height, while the refrigerated cabinet below, behind three doors, holds 720 litres of dough and backup ingredients cold. The whole unit sits at the make line so a pizzeria can build orders in one place.
In service, the toppings stay chilled on the rail through a busy shift while staff work on the prep surface, and dough and backup stock are held cold beneath. The unit maintains −2 to +8 °C with R290 refrigerant and automatic defrost, keeping ingredients at safe holding temperature at the point of assembly. The stainless steel doors keep temperature in as the counter is worked, and the 40 dB(A) noise keeps the make line liveable.
It is a substantial freestanding counter — 2370 mm wide, 850 mm deep, and 1360 mm tall with the topping rail. At 338 kg, it needs proper delivery planning and a level, reinforced floor space at the make line. Our team confirm siting and access before delivery, and servicing is supported directly.
