Why this double door pizza prep counter earns its place
The G-Line by TEFCOLD GP92 is a compact Gastronorm prep counter that gives a small line a refrigerated base without taking much floor. It is stainless steel inside and out for hygienic, wipe-clean prep, with two hinged solid doors and two wire shelves to organise the load. At 260 litres gross and 230 litres net, it holds a working volume of chilled ingredients right at the make station.
It runs at +2 to +10 °C under an electronic controller, suited to chilled prep stock, and defrost is automatic on the off cycle so there is no manual routine. A rated 42 dB keeps it quiet enough for a service area, and climate class 4 covers a normal kitchen ambient. On its rated 803 kWh a year, at a 230 W input, that works out at about £201 a year at 25p/kWh.
The cabinet measures 900 × 700 × 1100 mm, with an 830 × 515 × 500 mm internal space, and its narrow 900 mm width slots into a tight kitchen. It ships at 980 × 770 × 1250 mm packed, so check your access route and allow clearance for airflow. It runs off a standard 13 amp supply at 220-240V on R600a refrigerant with a 70 g charge, and at 101 kg net it is a two-person lift into place.
