Why this double door pizza prep counter earns its place
A pizza prep counter is a single station built for assembly: a refrigerated well across the top holds toppings in pans within reach, while chilled storage below keeps dough, backup stock and prepped ingredients at -2 to +8 °C. The whole unit holds 615 litres, so everything for a busy shift lives in one footprint. At 2100 mm wide, it spans most make lines, and the 1080 mm height puts the topping rail at a comfortable working level for dressing pizzas.
In service, staff work straight off the topping rail while the cabinet beneath holds the rest of the day's stock chilled. Five drawers and two doors give quick, divided access so the line keeps moving through a rush without trips to a separate fridge — everyone can grab what they need without blocking others. The stainless-steel 430 build and 50 mm insulation take daily service and cleaning well.
It's a substantial counter unit weighing 311 kg, so plan the delivery route and the run it will sit in, leave clearance at the back for airflow (800 mm depth), and check the 21 kW power requirement against your supply before install. Craven Cooling handles delivery and siting.
