Why this counter fridge earns its place
The Williams UBC7 G456 is a refrigerated drawer counter for keeping chilled gastronorm pans close to service. Williams describes the low underbroiler format as able to accommodate two chargrills or griddles on top, while the fridge section gives a smaller two-drawer footprint than the larger four-drawer counters.
