Why this counter fridge earns its place
The True TCR1/3 FB015 is a refrigerated drawer counter: chilled storage built into a worktop-height base, with prep stock held in pull-out drawers rather than behind hinged doors. It is built for 1/1 GN full format and gives the section 149 litres of net volume, with a supplier-stated 435 litre capacity for comparison across the range.
In service, drawers keep portioned ingredients grouped at the station that uses them, and the counter surface above remains useful for prep or landing. The forced-air system holds +0.5 to +3.3 °C, using R290 refrigerant with GWP 3, so chilled components are kept ready for the next order without staff leaving the line.
The cabinet is stainless steel outside, aluminium inside, with 80 mm insulation and a silver finish. Energy class A performance, 365 kWh/year consumption and a 0.937 kWh/24h figure give buyers a proper basis for running-cost checks.
