Why this counter fridge earns its place
This is a drawer-format under-counter refrigerator from True's gastronorm counter range, built in stainless steel with an aluminium interior. It uses solid, lockable drawers instead of a hinged door — the format kitchens choose when they want stock secured and organised into pan-sized sections at working height, rather than one open cabinet space.
Net capacity is 100 litres, holding temperatures within a published +3°C to +5°C band on True's own operating range of 0.5°C to 3.3°C, run on True's "HC" hydrocarbon (R290) refrigeration system. It's rated Energy Class A, drawing 161W from a 230V supply, at 280.0 kWh a year with a 13.7% EEI, and is climate class 5 certified so it holds its rating in ambient kitchen temperatures up to 40°C.
Each drawer takes 1 x 1/1 GN pan or equivalent — the top drawer to 75mm pan depth, the middle and lower drawers to 100mm — and every drawer section is fitted with a vertical divider bar for 6 x 1/6 pans where finer division is needed. Patented RCU technology reverses the condenser fan during off-cycles to keep the coil free of dirt, dust and debris, the unit is 100% front-breathing for zero-clearance installation, and it sits on 153mm castors with heavy-duty metal handles. Gross weight is 137kg.
