Why this counter fridges/freezer earns its place
The DA997 is a dual-temperature drawer counter — one side chilled, one side frozen — holding six 1/1 gastronorm pans at prep height so a line cook has both close to hand without leaving the station. At 1230mm wide and 700mm deep, it suits kitchens that need cold and frozen ingredients staged together under the pass rather than in separate cabinets, delivering 154 litres of usable storage across the two drawers.
Built to climate class 5, it holds temperature in the warm ambient of a working kitchen, where under-counter units nearest the cooking line get the hardest test. The G energy rating and 500W power draw reflect its size and duty cycle; the spec table lists the annual consumption (10.17 kWh per 24 hours) for your tariff calculation. It uses R290 refrigerant, the low-GWP option.
At 131kg and sitting at counter height on castors, it drops into a standard run rather than needing floor space. The 230V supply and sliding-door design are standard for the format. Check the full dimensions and electrical requirements on the spec table against your gap before you order.
