Why this four door counter fridge earns its place
This refrigerated counter combines three doored sections with two drawers, holding 553 litres across both formats in a long run. It keeps a shift's worth of prepped and packaged stock cold along the line, so the kitchen is not constantly returning to a walk-in. Built in stainless steel 18/8, the unit sits under a continuous work surface that can be used for prep or plating.
In service the doors hold larger items and trays while the drawers take prepped components for fast front access, all at a steady chilled temperature of +2 to +8 °C. Automatic defrost removes manual frost management, and ventilated cooling runs quietly at 42 dB(A) with 58 mm insulation to keep running costs reasonable.
The unit measures 2230 mm wide, 700 mm deep and 850 mm high, weighing 190 kg. It is built as a long counter to anchor a run of kitchen furniture from a standard 230V supply. Craven Cooling can advise on placement, ventilation clearance and access before you order, and supports it with servicing once it is in.
