The Refrigerated Counter 2 Doors and 4 Drawers Monoblock Energy Line combines door and drawer storage in a single refrigerated prep counter. At 2270 mm wide and 632 litres capacity, two doors take bulk trays and taller stock; four drawers hold portioned mise-en-place, all under one worktop on the prep line.
Built in stainless steel 430 with 60 mm insulation, the Monoblock refrigeration system is a single self-contained module that runs at -2 to +8 °C, which keeps servicing straightforward — the refrigeration block can be worked on as one unit. It runs as a chilled refrigerated counter, not a freezer; the automatic defrost system keeps temperature stable through service.
