The Lincat Seal FDB8 N003 is a Seal range food display bar for counter-based topping and ingredient service. It holds eight 1/3 sized gastronorm pans, giving a 30Ltr listed capacity in a 1753 mm wide, 377 mm deep and 245 mm high unit.
The build is listed as stainless steel and rubber, with the manufacturer describing fully welded stainless steel construction and rubber feet. That makes the FDB8 a sturdy bar for pizza, sandwich and prep counters where portioned ingredients need to stay organised in front of the operator.
Temperature is controlled through user-friendly controls and a digital display, according to the manufacturer text. At 29 kg gross weight, the N003 is still a planned counter item rather than a loose accessory, and it is supplied with 2 Years Parts & Labour warranty for service support once installed.
