Why this glass topping unit earns its place
The TOP1500-14CR is Blizzard's 1.5m glass canopy prep top, a longer-format version of the 1.2m unit built to sit on top of a counter fridge and display toppings behind glass. At 1500 x 335 x 439mm it gives a busier pizza or prep counter more GN1/4 bays without changing the basic static-cooled format.
It's sized for GN1/4 containers up to 150mm deep (sold separately), cooled by a static system and controlled through a Dixell digital controller. Running cost is 110 kWh/year, with a climate class 4 rating, and it sits at a quiet 42dB.
Build is stainless steel exterior and interior with a glass canopy structure, running on R600a refrigerant with manual defrost. It plugs into a standard 13amp supply and operates from a simple on/off switch, with low profile branding. At 66kg it's still straightforward to reposition on a counter run.
