Why this triple door counter fridge earns its place
This refrigerated counter is a back-of-house prep station with three refrigerated doors under a continuous worktop, built as a single monoblock cabinet. At 1785 mm wide and 474 litres capacity, it holds substantial chilled stock at the line where service needs it, so the section works from the counter rather than a reach-in or walk-in.
The rear upstand runs along the back of the worktop to protect the wall and stop stock and spills going over the edge. Built in stainless steel 430 with 60 mm insulation, the monoblock refrigeration pack is self-contained, so there is no remote condenser to plumb in or find plant space for. It runs at -2 to +8 °C and holds temperature automatically, working as a day-to-day chilled service counter.
