Why this triple door counter fridge earns its place
This is a three-door refrigerated counter that puts chilled storage directly under the prep surface, so stock stays within reach of the line. The unit is 1785 mm wide, 700 mm deep, and 850 mm tall at counter height, holding 474 litres across three compartments. It works as a cold store and a working counter in a single footprint, built from stainless steel with 60 mm insulation and a digital controller maintaining -2 to +8 °C.
Three full-height hinged doors open onto refrigerated storage for trays and containers, holding prepped ingredients cold through service. The monoblock refrigeration system sits as a single self-contained unit with automatic defrost, which keeps routine maintenance and any swap-out simple. At 40 dB(A), it runs quietly enough not to disrupt the pass, and at 170 kg, it's designed to be sited once and stay in place.
It is designed to slot into a standard commercial kitchen run in line with the work surface. The unit runs on a standard 230 V, 50 Hz supply and draws 227 kW. Plan doorway and access clearances before delivery—particularly important for the width—and leave room around the refrigeration unit for airflow and servicing. The maximum ambient temperature it can handle is 43 °C, so site it away from direct heat sources.
