Why this four door counter fridge earns its place
The 7450.5010 Energy Line is a four-door refrigerated prep counter — chilled storage housed beneath a full-length stainless-steel worktop, holding 616 litres of chilled capacity, so the line gets its cold holding and its prep surface from the same footprint. The four doors give separate access points along the counter, letting a brigade work stations side by side without everyone crowding a single opening. It is built for kitchens that plate from the counter and want ingredients cold and to hand rather than fetched from an upright across the room.
Built from stainless steel (AISI 201) with 60 mm insulation, it runs as a chilled counter at +2 to +8°C using ventilated R 600 A refrigeration with automatic defrost and digital temperature control, holding prep stock through service. The stainless top doubles as a working surface for assembly and plating. Site the unit with airflow clearance around it so the refrigeration is not fighting a hot section of the line, and keep the condenser area clear as part of the daily clean-down. At 2,230 mm wide and 860 mm tall (700 mm deep), weighing 173 kg gross, and running from a standard 230 V, 50 Hz mains socket at 3 kW, it is designed to work in kitchens with ambient temperatures to 40°C.
It is a long unit, so plan for it. Check the external width, depth and height against your doorways, corridors and the final gap along the line before ordering, and confirm a suitable mains socket at the install point. Full external dimensions, weight and electrical details are listed below, so your fitters can plan handling and the run of the counter before delivery.
