This Refrigerated Counter 4 Doors is a four-door refrigerated prep counter from the Energy Line range in a 2330 mm footprint. It combines under-counter chilled storage holding 632 litres at -2 to +8 °C with a full-length stainless steel top, so a single unit gives you both a cold store for service stock and a worktop to prep and plate on.
In service it keeps four separate door sections of chilled stock directly under the worktop, so cooks reach down for ingredients instead of crossing the kitchen to a walk-in. Built from stainless steel 430 with 50 mm insulation, the counter format holds everything at working height and turns the top into usable prep and plating space. At 40 dB(A) it stays quiet through a busy shift.
It is a floor-standing counter 850 mm tall and 700 mm deep, built to sit along a back wall or bench line at 205 kg and run from a standard mains supply.
