Why this four door counter fridge earns its place
A refrigerated counter is chilled storage built into the height of a worktop, so a kitchen gets cold stock and a working surface in the same run. This four-door Combisteel model is the long version of the 700 series: 2330 mm wide, 700 mm deep and 850 mm high, with 632 litres of refrigerated volume beneath the top. It turns a full line-side run into usable cold storage for prep, service and backup ingredients.
Four doors split the cabinet into working sections, so staff open only the part they need while the rest stays closed. Ventilated cooling and a digital controller hold the cabinet in the -2 to +8 °C chilled band, with automatic defrost to reduce daily intervention. R290 refrigerant, 50 mm insulation and a 43 °C maximum ambient rating make it a serious hot-kitchen counter rather than a light-duty prep fridge.
The stainless steel AISI 304 build suits the clean-down rhythm of a commercial line, and the listed 40 dB(A) noise level keeps it relatively quiet for a cabinet of this size. At 195 kg gross weight it needs a planned delivery route, a measured final position and clearance for the door swing, airflow and servicing access. Confirm the 230 V, 50 Hz supply with your installer before it lands on site.
