Why this counter fridge earns its place
The Polar G-Series U636 is a double-door counter fridge for chilled storage in prep, service and back-bar areas. Its advertised 240Ltr format and 160-litre net volume give counter-level refrigerated space for ingredients and ready-to-use stock without moving to a taller upright cabinet.
Hinged doors, two shelves and stainless steel interior and exterior finishes give a straightforward cabinet for day-to-day commercial use. The listed +2 to +5 °C temperature range supports chilled food holding, while the manufacturer text confirms the cabinet can also take full-size 1/1 gastronorm pans directly when GN pans are bought separately.
