Why this double door counter fridge earns its place
The 7950.0106 is a double-door refrigerated counter: 257 litres split between two chilled compartments beneath a full-length stainless-steel work surface. It's built for the prep line, keeping ingredients cold and to hand exactly where they're used rather than sending staff back to a walk-in between tasks. At 900mm wide and 875mm tall, it slots into a service run without dominating the space.
Both doors open to shelved chilled storage held at +2 to +8°C, which keeps prepped and portioned stock food-safe through service. The static cooling with fan circulation and automatic defrost means the temperature stays consistent inside; you won't have frost to scrape. Sat under the counter it runs as the workhorse of the line — loaded at the start of service, worked from through the shift, and cleaned down at the end. At just 0.34 kW and 48 dB(A), it's efficient and quiet.
It's a freestanding under-counter format, so plan the run it sits in and the doorway it has to pass through on delivery; at 82 kg and with the depth needed for a proper work surface, access is the usual sticking point. Leave clearance for airflow and for the doors to swing fully open during service, and site it within reach of a socket.
