Why this single door commercial upright freezer earns its place
The RF710X1 is a single-door upright freezer for gastronorm storage, holding stock at -22 to -18 °C in a commercial kitchen. It offers 559 litres gross and 408 litres net capacity across three grey wire shelves behind a self-closing hinged solid door, keeping frozen ingredients ordered and within reach on the line. Built in AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out, it stands up to daily kitchen use and wipes down for hygiene.
In service an electronic controller holds the -22 to -18 °C band, cooling is ventilated for even temperature across the shelves, and defrost is automatic and electric so frost does not build between cleans. The self-closing door helps hold temperature during a busy line. Rated noise is a low 48 dB. On verified energy use of 1058.5 kWh a year, running cost is about £265 a year at 25p/kWh, with an energy class B rating.
The cabinet measures 740 × 875 × 2090 mm externally, so it passes through a standard doorway upright; internal space is 533 × 700 × 1501 mm. It runs on a 220–240 V/50 Hz, 13 A supply, draws 380 W and uses R290 refrigerant with a 130 g charge. Net weight is 148 kg and gross weight 153 kg.
