Why this upright freezer earns its place
The Mondial Elite CC649 is a single-door upright cabinet freezer in a white finish, made for back-of-house frozen storage. One full-height door opens onto shelved frozen holding, giving a kitchen a dedicated freezer for prepped stock, ingredients and frozen supplies in a single 580-litre cabinet. At just 775 mm wide, 760 mm deep and 1865 mm tall, it fits a substantial amount of frozen storage into a compact footprint.
The single door suits a kitchen where frozen stock is pulled less often than chilled, holding cold in each time it's opened. Five shelves keep product at -22 to -18 °C, and full-height shelving lets staff organise frozen product by type rather than stacking it blind, so the right stock is easy to find mid-shift.
Running costs average 817 kWh per year, or 2.88 kWh per 24 hours. At 110 kg, it is manageable to site. Check your delivery access route and final siting position before it arrives, and leave clearance around the cabinet for airflow and the door swing.
