Why this upright freezer earns its place
The Liebherr FFFCVG 6501 is a single-door upright NoFrost freezer designed for demanding professional kitchens, restaurants and hotels that need dependable frozen storage without the downtime of manual defrosting. Like the smaller FFFCVG 5501, it's built around Liebherr's NoFrost system, circulating air evenly throughout the cabinet to stop ice building up rather than letting it accumulate and shutting the unit down periodically to clear it.
The cabinet holds 378 litres net capacity — a step up from the smaller model in the range — and operates across -26°C to -9°C, drawing power from a 220-240V supply on R290 refrigerant and rated at 1116.9kWh a year. Five adjustable shelves — each rated to carry 60kg and sized at 600x510mm — give a genuinely flexible layout across the extra capacity, letting stock be reorganised as menus and volumes change.
An interior light makes it easier to find stock without holding the door open longer than necessary, and the door itself is lockable for added stock security. At 90kg gross, it's built solid enough for continuous commercial use, and it's backed by 2 years' parts and labour warranty.
