The Liebherr FFFCVG 5501 is a single-door upright NoFrost freezer designed for demanding professional kitchens, restaurants and hotels that need dependable frozen storage without the downtime of manual defrosting. It's built around Liebherr's NoFrost system, which circulates air evenly throughout the cabinet to stop ice building up in the first place, rather than leaving it to accumulate and periodically shutting the unit down to clear it.
The cabinet holds 322 litres net capacity and operates across -26°C to -9°C, drawing power from a 220-240V supply on R290 refrigerant and rated at 1007.4kWh a year. Four adjustable shelves — each rated to carry 60kg and sized at 600x510mm — give flexible storage that can be reorganised as stock and menus change, rather than being locked into fixed shelf positions.
An interior light makes it easier to find stock without holding the door open longer than necessary, and the door itself is lockable for added stock security. At 90kg gross, it's built solid enough for continuous commercial use, and it's backed by 2 years' parts and labour warranty.
