Why this upright freezer earns its place
The Foster EcoPro G3 GP618-ML is a single-door marine cabinet freezer for commercial frozen storage where an upright layout is more useful than a chest. It gives 600 litres gross and 480 litres net capacity, with a -21 to -18 °C listed temperature range for frozen ingredients and prepared stock.
Day to day, the three-shelf layout helps separate frozen goods by product type, service need or prep batch. The cabinet is listed with hinged access and 2/1 GN double sizing, making it easier to plan around gastronorm handling than a loose-storage freezer.
The specification lists a stainless steel exterior, aluminium interior, 50mm insulation, fan-assisted cooling and R290 refrigerant with GWP 3.
