Why this upright freezer earns its place
The Foster EcoPro G3 CW741 is a single-door upright cabinet freezer standing 1.875 m tall, offering 410 litres of frozen storage for back-of-house holding. One full-height door opens onto a dedicated frozen cabinet, giving a section its own frozen storage for batch stock, deliveries and prepped items held at -21 to -18 °C between services.
As a day-to-day workhorse it's built for a demanding kitchen — a freezer that takes repeated door openings and keeps frozen stock ordered on four internal shelves. It uses static cooling (no fan noise) and draws just 185 W, making it economical to run through long service shifts. The stainless steel exterior and aluminium interior stand up to constant opening and busy kitchen heat without degrading.
